Our new billing portal is up and running! Click the link below to get started. Due to major delays from USPS, we would like to encourage all of our customers to sign up for E-Billing and make payments through our customer portal or our drop box located at 102 W Church Street in Downtown Smithville.
E-check
We are seeing a major delay in the delivery of E-checks and we are urging our customers to send payments in two weeks before the bill due date. You are always able to drop payments off in our dropbox or follow the link on the website to pay by credit card.
Billing Charges

Primacy Fee
Primacy fees are charged each year in January. This fee covers the Water Districts water samples that are required throughout the year.
Backflow Tests
2026 Backflow Test Reports are due June 15, 2026
Please call your certified backflow tester to have your irrigation system
tested, if you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call. Per the
Department of Natural Resources, copies of the report must be submitted to this office on a yearly basis.

Current Meter Fees
Beginning January 1, 2024 the price to purchase and install a new meter will be:
Short side meter $5,500.00
Long side meter $6,500.00
