Bill Delivery Options:
Regular postcard bill - Nothing required
E-bill - If interested in receiving your bills via an email address, please email the office with the email address preferred.
Bills then arrive same day! No more little postcards getting lost in the shuffle! No more waiting on USPS for delivery!
Payment options:
Mail your payment to PWSD No. 9 P.O. Box 278, Smithville, MO 64089
Drop Box, you can drop payments off at the office at 102 W. Church Street where there is an after-hours slot for your convenience.
ACH - Auto Debit feature: Payments are automatically deducted from a checking or savings account between the 3rd and 8th day of the month. Free of charge and never any late fees!
